Tips to Support Your Healing
Here are some things you can do to help support you over the next 21 days as you take this healing journey.
- Practice acceptance: Accept and make peace with where you are and what is happening in each moment. It doesn't mean you need to like it just accept what is. Here is an affirmation that can help you. "I am where I am and it's ok."
- Be curious without judgment. A curious mind dissolves judgment. No need to analyze or figure anything out. Simply allow the release of all old emotions and energy. Better out than in. Remain curious but let go of your need to know or control. Affirmation: I don't know but I am curious.
- Be willing. Your willingness to heal will determine your depth of healing over the next 21 days. Declaration: I am willing to heal anything and everything that is no longer serving me.
- Create space for expression. Let it all OUT! All uncried tears, old trauma, limiting beliefs, stagnant energy etc needs to come up and out. All this old stuff will need an outlet. Sometimes it is a release of energy through tears, shaking, feeling hot or cold, anger, frustration, irritation, grief, regret or memories. Give them space to come up and out. You will even heal while you sleep so you may encounter some interesting dreams. If there is anything you need to know it will be brought to your heart to be understood and then released. Trust the process.
- Be kind. Practice kindness and compassion toward self. Everything that is coming up for healing is purposeful. Don't judge your response or the process.
- Expect miracles! In Heart Led Living we are open to anything, attached to nothing and expect miracles. Celebrate every miracle big or small. A miracle could be a shift in perspective, or a shift from fear to love, a sense of relief or a miracle as big as a disappearance of chronic pain. Celebrate each one!
